Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. Refer to our size guide or WhatsApp us if you are unsure.

Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be couriered back to us in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.
  • All courier charges for sending the product back to us, and for dispatching the exchanged size, are to be borne entirely by the customer.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The requested size must be available in stock. If unavailable, we will notify you and hold the exchange until stock is replenished.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp +91 98969 10417 or email office@jmdisafezone.in with your order ID and the size you need.
  2. We will confirm availability and provide our dispatch address.
  3. Courier the product to:
    JMDi Safezone LLP, 300E EPIP HSIDC Sec-53 Phase-III, Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana 131028
  4. Share the courier tracking number with us via WhatsApp or email.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the new size within 2–3 business days.
